Reclaim the sacredness of this life,

the potency and magic of it and your place within this time and space.

Each blessed breath, each soul-charged heartbeat.

Tuning In

Tune into your own unique being through the practices of Biofield Tuning and Restorative Yoga with your hosts, Brianna Lory and Diane Summers.

Brianna is a holistic wellness practitioner dedicated to nurturing the body, mind, and spirit - in all things.

As a mother, teacher, and lifelong enthusiast of music, community, relationships, and the natural world, she has always been deeply connected to the healing arts—even in times when she didn’t fully recognise this connection.

Brianna’s journey into therapeutic sound began when it became a natural path for her own healing. After an eye-opening experience with Biofield Tuning, she felt a strong call to explore this practice further.Specialising in Biofield Tuning, Brianna helps individuals reconnect with their innate wisdom to promote healing, balance, and freedom.

By using the therapeutic frequencies of tuning forks and a holistic root-cause approach to somatic psychotherapy, she supports clients in realigning their energy, fostering deep relaxation, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Through her work, Brianna is committed to guiding others toward a more joy filled and centred life.Biofield Tuning works with the body's electromagnetic system and magnetic field.

Known as the biofield, our electromagnetic field stores the records of all our life experiences, emotions, hurts, and traumas, creating 'noise' in our system and disrupting the flow of energy.

Whilst a standard session generally consists of using tuning forks in the field, off the body, they can also be used effectively on the body.

Using the sonic vibration of weighted tuning forks on the body mobilises stagnant energy and restores the natural flow of vital life force energy throughout the meridians. This supports the vitality needed to prevent illness and promote wellness.

The vibrations of the tuning forks through the body relax muscles, support detoxification and induce a deep state of well-being. It is a very relaxing and calming experience which will leave your body revived and energised.
