My classes are designed to help you to feel happier, lighter of spirit, healthier, stronger and well balanced.
Gentle yoga, restorative yoga or yoga for strength and balance, somatic movement, pranayam and meditation.
Most of my classes are held at the Flowerpot Yoga Shala
The Flowerpot Yoga Shala a beautiful boutique studio located in the peace-filled village of Flowerpot, in Southern Tasmania.
